I am Margarette Pinkihan Sarmiento. You can call me Meg :)
Welcome to my blog!!!!
This is where I write anything think of. Just random stuff stuffed in my crazy mind
That's me when I was just a few months old. Mom told when I was in high school that she thought that picture when I was a baby was my brother. So maybe I did look like a boy then. haha!
I have a brother who is 2 1/2 years older and a sister who is 5 years younger. Yes, that means I am a middle child! :)

I love reading books. When I was in high school, I spent my free time reading the novels of John Grisham, Jodi Picoult, Nicholas Sparks, R.L Stine(yeah,Goosebumps) and waiting for the release of the next Harry Potter. Now, I read more self help and inspirational books and books that can help me become a better public speaker.

When I was in 2nd year college, I removed my braces because I hate having them. This picture I believe is the last picture I have with my braces on. I was 16 then. Have I had my hair curled then, I'd pass as a Filipino Betty La Fea .

I am a member of Pines City Toastmasters Club since 2010 and since joining Toastmasters, I believe I have grown not only as a speaker and a leader but also as an individual because of the people I am surrounded with. It's in the Toastmasters Club where I found real friends and people who became my inspiration in life.

I am currently a Research girl in a state university here in our province. Not a job I dreamed of having but, after less than a month of working in Research, I just knew that this is what I want to do :)
I like that! You are indeed, God's pretty princess. And your pictures are beautiful, I like the first one most , you have changed from looking like a boy, lol!
ReplyDeleteI love detective books, but Harry Potter...I wouldn't touch it, too scary for me.
